UThe conclusion of agreement was preceded by the collective negotiation, which lasted approximately half a year. The result of collective negotiation is a Collective Agreement that reflects the real possibilities of the employer and at the same time fulfills the function of the higher standard for the employees against the prescribed Labor Code. Social affiliation is as important for the union as well as for an employer. Employer sends a signal to its employees that the human factor is the most important part of every company and is nothing replaceable, especially in a specific working environment like the aviation industry, „said the Chairman of the Board and CEO Mr. JUDr. Martin Dušanič.

The most significant changes affecting all employees of the employer are the prolongation of the fixed part of working time in the application of flexible working hours by 1 hour, the possibility of drawing ½ days of leave, increasing the surcharge at work in the risky environment, increasing the contribution to supplementary pension savings and changing also occurred during the rewards or money from the Social Fund. The reward will be paid on working anniversaries, not on jubilees. The employer considers this measure to be more motivating as it depends on retaining employees from the point of view of work experience and wants to motivate the younger generation to remain in the company.
